Leader Extrusion Machinery is proud to introduce the all new 2008 high output (800 kg/hr), high filler (30% CaCO3) Variable Corrugated Machine.
The automatic weighing system reduces material loss and optimizes material usage; output and thickness requirements are always met. Up to ten ingrediants may be used.
The high output screw (over 800kg/hr) is equipped with a filter, gear pump and 45 degree calendar roll stack.
The maximum 450 degree oven with multiple left, right, central, front, and rear temperature controls and the triangular in-feed roll system combine to optimize forming temperatures and accuracy of corrugations.
Water quenching and mist dispersal achieve high stability in the final product.
Integrated control of the automatic cutter and stacker completes the system and helps ensure consistent high quality production.
