Features
 
  1. AD series machines have multi-loops according to mold conditions and molding requirements. In addition, they share screw charge to the movements of opening & closing mold and ejectors, make opening & closing mold and ejectors move at the same time, thus shorten cycle time.
  2. Under the design of triple loops, the cycle time can achieve within 11 seconds excluding cooling time. According to the testing of produce 2.1 kg beach chair by PP material, the cycle time can achieve within 33 seconds if adopting with good mold cooling system. It's top capacity than others.
  3. Durable usage by applying new series toggle system upon finite element analysis (FEA), high strength and weary-resistance to get long life of tie bars and assure quality products.
  4. New upon high frame design will not necessary to device robot and obtain products from drop outlet and suitable for speedy molding operation.
  5. Designed with performance shut-off nozzle for injection and 100% prevent leakage.
  6. Suitable for kinds of product such as beach chair, cap, container, etc.
