Features
 
  1. The line adopts microprocessor control and frequency conversion governors. Setting and display of technical parameters is fully digitized. The unit are advanced in control and smooth in running. PID temperature controller adjusts temperature. Precision is within 1 C .
  2. The screw structure is newly designed and a large L/D ratio ensures fine plasticizing effect and high output. It is made of high quality steel for a longer service life.
  3. The line is equipped with auxiliary machines, such as automatic loading machine, edge tape recovery device, waste tape collection system, etc.
  4. Choice of automatic screen changer or long-life screen, depending on user's requirement.
