Features
 
  1. Patented locking mold device for reducing equipment cost significantly.
  2. Buffer design is adopted for the width of chain holder thus eliminating chain binding condition resulting from insufficient heating of sheet.
  3. Up and down ceramic heater are adopted for heating with several sets of SSR temperature control. Fully automatic with color touch screen. Memory for 40 modes sets including temperatures.
  4. F.C.D. casting is adopted for making holder thus making holder pressure for mold closing.
  5. Food packaging containers and industrial packaging materials such as PP、HIPS、OPS、PET、PVC、 PE、ABS、PSP... etc Vacuum & Air Pressure Forming products.
